Crysis Remastered – Crytek compares the previous version of the trilogy with the refreshed one

This fall, we will receive a remastered version of the entire Crysis trilogy. From time to time, the creators prepare new materials to promote the titles.

This time, for example, they presented a comparison of what the latest generation PlayStation game looks like with the previous one. The effect is pretty obvious, but it’s worth a look anyway:

Studio Crytek is best known for its Crysis series, which is undoubtedly the company’s greatest title. It is a first-person shooter (FPS) game, focusing on a group of soldiers equipped with special nanosuits that allow them to use more strength in combat, giving them the ability to mask in the environment and increased movement speed. The protagonists of the series must face the hostile North Korean army, heavily armed mercenaries and the highly technologically advanced alien Ceph race. The action of the first part begins in modern times, and then sets off into the near future. In an alternate reality, the world stands on the brink of a turmoil in which humanity must unite to face the threat of an ancient alien race.
